Why we were founded
Beauty practitioners across the industry have long worked hard to deliver quality beauty services, driving the development of the beauty industry in Hong Kong and securing it an important place in the international beauty arena. Every year the international beauty exhibitions draw industry stakeholders from around the world to Hong Kong — a truly international occasion that also boosts the local economy and tourism. To more effectively promote the development of Hong Kong's beauty industry, we founded the Hong Kong Beauty Industry Union, hoping to unite the strength and voices of all industry stakeholders, to speak with the government directly, and to make sure the government truly hears the views of the industry.
