The Union operates a Mediation and Arbitration Centre. Where a dispute arises between a beauty salon and a customer, it can be referred to the Centre, which resolves disputes through mediation first and arbitration second. The first 3 hours of mediation service are free; beyond 3 hours, the mediator will provide a quotation based on the individual case. For details, please contact the Union.
