Our company hereby formally applies for the membership of HKBIU. We agree to abide by the constitution, supplementary articles and all the resolutions adopted by the committee meetings and board of directors. We understand that the HKBIU has the right to reject my application for membership without giving any reasons.
Our company hereby confirm that the information above is true, complete, accurate and voluntarily given. If there is any amendment, we will take the initiative to inform the HKBIU.
Notice for the applicants
The personal information collected by the HKBIU will be used for the approval for membership, member services, elections and contact (including the provision of the HKBIU goods, the news about the union, events, facilities, services, surveys and the request for donations and contribution to the union). All the personal information of our members will be kept confidential. Members have the right to request checking and amending the information. If the applicant would like to request for special arrangement on the usage of personal information, or refuse to receive any news except the essential one, he or she may inform us via email (info@hkbiu.org).
